An ambitious blueprint set forth by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which consists of a plan to reduce the county’s reliance on oil and to diversify the country such that is not largely affected by oil shocks. The plan also comprises policies on education, public health, employment and infrastructure amongst several other aspects. The aim of the project is to make the county an investment powerhouse by 2030.
