The RAIA “Hot or Not” index is not a popularity contest, nor is it a reflection of whether we personally agree with a leader’s policies. It is a measurement of how effectively a leader is actually achieving their own personal and governance goals.
WAR and PEACE
The RAIA “War & Peace” index is not a moral judgement, nor is it a reflection of whether we personally approve or disapprove of a relationship between leaders. It is a measurement of the actual state of that relationship: what is driving it, and where it is heading.
