A Private Military Company (PMC) is a private enterprise that sells services of security, armed combat support and military training/counselling. They are both employed by governments as well as private companies in conflictive areas to support their activities.
Currently, no globally accepted norms or legal framework is applicable to these kinds of firms, having an ambiguous reputation and jurisdiction.
