Founded in 1998, the International Criminal Court (ICC) is an international tribunal responsible for the prosecution of individuals for the most serious of crimes that relate to but not limited to crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide to which individual member states must give jurisdiction to to arrest individuals on their territory.
